Diamond Gymnastics offers a very special pre-school experience for your child. Our philosophy for children ages 15 months to 4 1/2 years is to teach gymnastics and fitness in a fun, safe environment with the objective of promoting basic coordination and raising the child's self esteem.
Diamond's classes are designed to include physical movement (jumping, climbing, tumbling, running etc) mixed with fun, to encourage motion skill development, coordination and confidence.
Classes are typically offered in 12-14 week sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring), Mondays to Saturdays. A limited 9 week Summer Session is also offered. Parent and Tot (aka Mom and Me) classes are taught for 15 months to 2 1/2 year olds (M&M I) and 2 1/2 to 3 year olds (M&M II). Teacher to child ratio is 8:1.
3 1/2 to 4 year old classes (45 min - 6:1 teacher to child ratio) and 4-5 year old classes (1 hour - 8:1 ratio) which are taught without the parent, offer a little more structure and a little more gymnastics learning. An observation room or our deck lends itself to great viewing.
